Branding lives at two levels. Workspace branding is your agency identity; portal branding lets you dress a single client's space in their colours when the work calls for it.
Logo, mark, and favicon
Upload three assets in Settings → Branding: a full logo for the portal header, a square mark for avatars and emails, and a favicon for the browser tab.
- SVG stays sharp on every screen — use it for the header logo
- Add a light-on-dark variant if your logo is dark ink
- Keep the square mark tight: padding is added automatically
Colour and typography
Pick one brand colour and LynxRise derives hover, focus, and surface tints from it. Choose a heading font and a body font — the portal keeps the pairing consistent everywhere.
Branded notification emails
Invites, invoice reminders, and update digests all send under your name. Set the sender identity once and every message matches the portal.
- Verify your sending domain to improve deliverability
- Reply-to routes client replies straight to your inbox
- Footer supports your address and unsubscribe preferences
Per-client overrides
Working under a client's brand, or running a portal for a white-label partner? Override logo and colour on that single portal and leave the rest of your workspace untouched.
Run a consistency check
Before go-live, walk the portal as a client and compare it against your own site. Small mismatches are what make a portal feel bolted on.
- Header logo aligned and correctly sized on mobile
- Buttons use the brand colour, not the default pine
- Invoice PDF header matches the portal header
- Favicon appears in the browser tab
- Invite email sender reads as your agency
